It begins with the irresistible pull of our Harvest Festival’s tented lawn, where so many delights set the tone for the months ahead. Our warmth radiates from the firepits at the 19th hole, where Members gather to revel over tall tales and taller drinks, and cheer the incoming foursomes. It’s in the glow of the wine cellar and the soft illumination of rare vintages and hardwood accents.
It’s in our Chef’s menus, tailored to any occasion, and our staff’s thoughtful attentiveness in realizing them. And we’re just getting started. Recent renovations have opened up new ways to achieve this high desert dream-state. Indoor and outdoor spaces, patios that mirror distant stars and city lights, an expansive central bar, and dining areas to suit casual vibes and more elegant occasions.

We don’t take credit for the sunsets, but we can provide the perfect bottle for the perfect moment, from delightfully warm welcomes signified by freshly baked Mirabel Magic cookies to grand finales marked by espresso-sauced opera cake, a culinary adventure awaits.
Chef-Driven
Mirabel is our culinary team’s domain. Beyond the dining room is a Chef’s Table experience, where parties of 10 retreat to the banquet kitchen roundtable for a custom-crafted tasting menu. It’s dinner and a show, as Members go behind the curtain to see how the heart of the house spins its culinary magic. Even better — don an apron and pick up a few new tricks over one of our Club-famous cooking classes (keep an eye on the calendar).

Private Parties The Desert Lodge Clubhouse is yours to host private luncheons, dinners, and cocktail parties. We are pleased to offer complete party planning services assisting you with menu selection, decorations, rental equipment, entertainment, and more.
Home Catering We also cater to the greater Mirabel realm. Invite us to your home for full-service catering that includes setup, staging, service, and cleanup.

FORMAL DINING ROOM
Our smaller and more intimate space for special moments, a refined menu, and private booths, and located to the left of the Desert Lodge Clubhouse fireplace. Please adhere to our Dressy Casual Attire guidelines when dining here.
CASUAL DINING ROOM
The relaxed and spacious indoor dining area to the right of the Desert Lodge Clubhouse. In addition to tasty bites and libations, enjoy our Club Casual dress code as you celebrate your day.
THE BAR
The most popular gathering spot at Mirabel offers both bar seating and high-top tables, our distinctive indoor/outdoor counter, a special bar-only tapas menu, televisions for game viewing, and more. This is where “everyone goes to meet, and everyone has their favorite seat.”
OUTDOOR PATIO
Mirabel’s breathtaking al fresco dining experience offers covered and uncovered seating, high-top tables, and two custom-built fire pit tables that can seat 8-10 people. This is the place for amazing down-valley views and sunset wine, cocktails, or appetizers.
POOLSIDE
Our entire menu is available for poolside service. Simply check in with Member Services to place your order.
10TH TEE GRILL
Complimentary snacks are available at the turn for golfers – and the items change every day! Golfers can also purchase grab-and-go items or place orders for anything on the Mirabel menu.
Members also enjoy Take-And-Bake Pizzas and To-Go service — simply call in your order!

These crowd-pleasers are Club favorites season after season!
Members wishing to stock their wine cellars can purchase special order case lots through the Club at near wholesale prices! Additionally, Members may purchase single bottles of wine from our list on a package basis.
