Dear Members,

As your new General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Mirabel, I’m honored to begin my inaugural year at this wonderfully distinctive and truly unique club and community.

In my time here, I’ve discovered that Mirabel’s real magic, our true differentiation, is the kindred spirit of the people who animate this atmosphere. Each enthusiastic wave to friends and neighbors, each twilight toast to a day fully enjoyed, and each kind word shared with our team make every moment feel all the more vibrant!

Here’s to many great months ahead and all the fun and enjoyment they can bring!

Guests

Please share your Mirabel moments with those closest to you — and please register all guests, be present at the time of their check-in, and accompany them throughout the premises (unless otherwise arranged).

Golf
Guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring Member, Golf Professional, or assistant Golf Professional when using the golf facilities. Guests must register in the Member Shop before beginning play.

Fitness, Pool & Spa
Members must register their guests, and are responsible for the payment of any appropriate charges. Guests must adhere to the policies and procedures as the Club may determine from time to time.

House Guests
Please register House Guests with Member Services and the General Manager prior to arrival. House Guests can enjoy the Club facilities in accordance with their host’s membership tier and charge to their host’s account. Sponsoring Members will be responsible for the Guest’s conduct, and House Guest privileges may be limited by the Club from time to time.

Gratuities

Mirabel remains a non-tipping Club with the exception of Spa & Salon Services. If you are so inclined, supervisors can be instructed to add additional gratuity to service charges. Members may also contribute to the annual employee Holiday Fund (to be included on the contributing Member’s October bill).

We prefer the sounds of our native birds to those of ringtones, so please keep conversations discreet and thoughtfully distanced in all venues and throughout all amenities.

NEW MEMBER AMBASSADORS

If you’re a tenured Member who would like to share your knowledge, experience and pro tips, we’d love to have you as part of the New Member Ambassador Program!

If you are new to the Club, Mirabel’s New Member Ambassador Program pairs, well, new Members with enlightened ‘Mirabelians’ who have been around the Clubhouse a time or two.

Our Ambassadors and Ambassador Couples can get you comfortably initiated while helping align all your interests.
